You are invited to a Christmas Concert by the St. Patrick Adult Choir and Children’s Choir on Sunday, December 22 at 2:00 PM in the church. Both choirs will sing prelude music they have been practicing for the Christmas Masses. We hope you can join us to enjoy an afternoon of Christmas music! The Adult Choir will sing for Midnight Mass and the Children’s Choir will sing for the 5:00 PM December 24 Mass
His Holiness, Pope Francis, has directed all bishops to survey the Catholic faithful of their local churches about family life issues which will be the topic of discussion at the upcoming October 2014 Extraordinary Synod. Bishop Gaydos has directed that the survey be made available electronically on-line. If you would like to see the survey questions, please go to front page of http://www.diojeffcity.org/ and click on the link that takes you to the survey. You are welcome to respond on-line.
The deadline is December 18th, 2013. The answers and remarks will be collated and summarized and forwarded on to the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops.

Join us as we explore our faith with the dynamic new Catholicism video series by acclaimed author and theologian Fr. Robert Barron. We will be meeting in the Parish Center between the Sunday morning Masses, 9:15-10:15.
Each session will include about 30 minutes of video, followed by questions and answers. No cost. (Optional workbook $10).
Self-standing classes will not depend on previously presented information; join us for as many or as few sessions as you like. We’ll have 20 sessions between now and April, 2014.

When you recycle your used electronics and printer cartridges, St Patrick Youth Group earns CASH and we help the planet at the same time!
We collect: used and undamaged laser toner cartridges, inkjet cartridges, GPS devices, digital cameras, iPads, tablets and eReaders, and video game systems. Please ask you family, friends neighbors and local businesses to donate and help us reach our goal. Drop-off location is the Parish Office, recycling box in the Gathering Area or call 364-1435 for more information.
The St. Patrick music ministry is looking for someone to help with child care on Thursday evenings during Adult Choir rehearsals. Child care would take place in the Cry Room from 6:30 to 8:00 PM while practice is going on. If you are interested, please contact Sharyn Gamm at 364-1162.
